Mom Accuses School Of BANNING Her Over OnlyFans Account

Victoria Triece says that her sons’ Orlando-area school didn’t allow her to volunteer due to her being an OnlyFans creator. As a result, she’s decided to hit Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) with a lawsuit.

Another Parent Alerted School Staff About Victoria’s OnlyFans In 2021

According to Victoria, the issue arose back in 2021 after a fellow parent alerted staff at Sand Lake Elementary School about her OnlyFans account, where she would upload spicy content that’s only accessible through a paid subscription.

Shortly thereafter, administrators barred the mother from participating in OCPS’s ADDition volunteer program. This decision was made in spite of Victoria being an active volunteer in the program for five years ahead of the matter, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The Mother Was Branded With ‘The Modern-Day Equivalent Of A Scarlet Letter’

During a recent press conference, Victoria and her attorneys—Mark NeJame and John Zielinski—announced that they had officially filed a lawsuit against the school, as the mother-of-two hasn’t been able to volunteer in person at the school for over a year.

According to WKMG, the attorneys slammed the district’s decision as being “the modern-day equivalent of a scarlet letter.”

“Many other parents of children in Orange County Schools are also participants in OnlyFans as well as other adult-oriented professions, such as topless dancing, adult-themed acting, online sexting, among others. To paint Ms. Triece with the modern-day equivalent of a ‘scarlet letter’ has left Ms. Triece with no other option other than filing suit.”

As for Victoria, she notes that she’s fighting the school district’s actions on behalf of every other parent “who’s been through this.”

“The main reason I’m doing this is not for myself. I can only imagine who’s been through this and couldn’t fight it and they’ve been told we don’t know how to fight this and how many people are to come that do the same exact thing I do.”

She continued, noting that nobody should have to go through this experience.

“They’re going to be told one day [that they] have somebody that just doesn’t agree morally with what they’re doing. And they’re going to have somebody do the same situation, and I don’t think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I’m in should be going through that.”

OCPS Is Accused Of Distributing The Victoria’s OnlyFans Content

Victoria was sure to also share that there’s still some confusion surrounding the decision to ban her from volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary.

“It’s never been clarified to me. It was just, ‘You can’t be here around children anymore, not even your own.’ I don’t have clarification, even. They never even properly said what I could or couldn’t do.”

Zielinski corroborated this information by noting, “To this day, we haven’t heard from the school as to their basis for doing this.”

He also accused OCPS of distributing “images of a sexual nature” both internally and externally.

“They possess images of a sexual nature of Ms. Triece, and they’ve gone and distributed those—not only internally within Orange County Public Schools, but they also distributed those to the media.”

OCPS hasn’t released any public comment on the matter.

What do you think about the overall situation, and do you agree with the mother’s decision to sue?
