Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) were the buzzword for the year 2022 and these digital assets are being carried into a new year thanks to new drops like LG Electronics’ digital shoe NFTs. At the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, LG Electronics will be unveiling virtual shoes, along with a shoe care and storage exhibition.
There will be over 5,000 unique designs for people to collect and there are luxury and limited-edition styles of the monster shoes available. The NFT shoes will be available by lottery from January 25th and customers can look forward to being able to store and trade their monster shoes via cryptocurrency wallets.
In Las Vegas, LG will be running a phygital experience where people can use holograms and art toys to see and try NFT shoes inside a styler shoe case with AR technology.
