Chloe Bailey recently let fans in on an upcoming project she has with Chris Brown, though not everyone is exactly thrilled about it.

Chloe Partnered With Chris Brown For ‘How Does It Feel’

The “Have Mercy” singer shared the news on social media on Thursday, revealing that the pair’s track—”How Does It Feel”—will drop on Feb. 24.

Chloe’s announcement was notably accompanied by a photo that shows her getting up close and personal with Breezy.

The Polarized Responses Pour In

Considering the mixed perception that people have about Breezy, internet users instantly began sharing their reactions to the news that he was teaming up with Chloe.

This latest controversy also had Chloe x Halle fans out here saying that they were getting “tired” of having to defend the antics.

One user went as far as to proclaim, “It’s like she’s afraid of success.”

However, on the other end of the spectrum, it was noted that Chloe had actually “won,” as she had the opportunity to “go from fan to featured artist.”

Fans also openly expressed their excitement for the track, in spite of others’ outcry.

Additional Chloe supporters questioned why she was getting backlash for working with Breezy when male artists like Drake and Young Thug were able to do the same thing without any repercussions.

It was also pointed out that, considering the outrage over Chris not being honored at the AMAs—on top of all the hype surrounding his recent tour and meet-and-greets—the online hate for Breezy just doesn’t seem to be transferring over to real life.

People also expressed how they were simply over all the backlash against Chris Brown. As one user put it, “Let that man live and let it go he’s still a talented BLACK man.”

What do you think about the overall situation regarding the upcoming Chloe Bailey and Chris Brown collab? Additionally, will you be bumping “How Does It Feel” once it drops?
