Forced to bat after losing the toss in Melbourne, the start of Africa was nothing special. The first blow to the team was in the form of Sarel Ervi (18) in the 11th over. After this the team lost their wickets at frequent intervals. Young Green had a major hand in spoiling the pace of Africa. He took the maximum five wickets for the team. Apart from this, Mitchell Starc got two and Scott Boland and Nathan Lyon got one success respectively.
