Real estate groups offer free apartments to displaced Israeli families

Several Israeli real estate companies and developers are making their empty apartments available to families displaced from the communities next to the Gaza Strip.

One initiative, called Operation “Open Door,” is spearheaded by Yuvalin Group, Ewave Nadlanand YG Realestate.

The companies are providing new four- and five-room apartments for families evacuated from the south. They have also established a platform to locate, clean, and furnish the apartments for these families for extended periods at no cost.

Currently, there are over 100 apartments available for immediate occupancy. Fifteen families have already been accommodated and the demand is growing.

Yuvalin Group, Ewave Nadlanand YG Realestate asked other real estate groups, as well as furniture and appliance suppliers, and moving companies, to join their efforts.

They emphasized that in this way, the families will have a warm and personalized home for several weeks or more.

Additional initiatives

The Amram Group is also offering 16 new air-conditioned apartments in Pardes Hanna-Karkur for the duration of the war. Those who are interested can contact Omarit at 050-2526574 or Eti at 052-6360044.

The Ampa Group has already accommodated fifty families from the communities on the border with Gaza in Tzur Yitzhak and it has another forty apartments available, but it is seeking donations for furniture and appliances.

The Horowitz Real Estate Group has provided new six-room apartments in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv.

Shikun & Binui, one of Israel’s leading infrastructure and real estate companies, is also making its empty apartments available to displaced families. Other companies involved in the efforts are the Shapir Group and Anglo-Saxon.

Some real estate groups are also offering assistance to Israelis who had to evacuate communities on the northern border.
