Simple Architecture designs a modern home located right by the Black Sea in Bulgaria dubbed the House in Sozopol. It overlooks beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The home is 15 years old and has a sleek white design that is detailed with a wide range of textures and materials for an elegant aesthetic.
Sozopol is known for its inclining roofs that are covered in tile, bay windows, and arches. The design studio creates a three-story home that has a monolithic look, appearing as if white blocks are stacked on top of one another. The only tonal contrast that is seen at the location is the green plants that are scattered around the home and outdoor space.
