LG and Samsung Transparent LED displays

LG and Samsung transparent LED displays unveiled at CES 2024 in Las Vegas.

LG and Samsung revealed their see-through LED displays that turn glass into movie screens and holographic-like images. These transparent displays, a potential breakthrough for home entertainment, can transform ordinary objects into dynamic overlays.

LG showcased the LG Signature OLED TV at the 2024 vent, a modern iteration of its original OLED TV from 2013, a rollable OLED TV in 2019, and a wireless OLED TV in 2023.

Though not rollable, the LG Signature OLED TV combines the best features of its predecessors into a single transparent glass display. Using wireless AV technology, it eliminates the need for various cables, making it a strong contender for the world’s first wireless transparent LED display for homes, offices, and other spaces.

Samsung’s transparent LED display is the result of six years of dedicated research and development, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.

The Transparent MICRO LED provides a crystal-clear, glass-like display that has revolutionized how people experience visuals, capturing the interest of consumers worldwide.
