This fully funded initiative offers a gateway for emerging leaders to contribute to global development through a structured two-year career track.
The program provides:

Eligible candidates must:
- Be nationals of World Bank Group member countries
- Hold a masterâs or doctoral degree in a relevant field

- Demonstrate strong technical and leadership capabilities
- Be proficient in English
