This brand provides premium dry fruits and healthy snacks to the people. It is the leading brand company in the dry segment. However, in making Happilo a success, Vikas made a lot of papad and many markets felt that it should be closed now, but with constant effort and hard work, he finally set up a company worth billions of rupees.
Apart from Seni TV, the second season of Shark Tank is also broadcast on SonyLiv. This reality show has talked about making some special episodes only for digital broadcast. Vikas Nahar is also being included as a judge in this. The special show will also be telecast only on the digital platform. Nahar will now teach business tricks to people along with veterans like Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar.

Family grows coffee and black pepper
It is not that Vikas is the only person in his family who is involved in the business of food and drink. His family also cultivates black pepper and coffee. Perhaps it was from here that Vikas got the inspiration to do business of food and drink and make it a brand. After completing his Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) course from Bangalon University, he started working with the Jain Group.
Job took experience again…
Vikas took a short leave from his job and did MBA from Symbiosis International University and after completion of the course started working as Managing Director in Satvik Specialty Foods. The experience gained while working with Satvik helped a lot in building Happilo company. He also increased the business of Satvik a lot. Under the leadership of Vikas, this company started doing business of 40 types of dry fruits, 100 types of chocolates and 60 types of spices.

How Happilo company was formed
After leaving Satvik Company in the year 2015, Vikas Nahar laid the foundation of his brand Happilo. Happilo was started by only two people with a capital of Rs 10,000. Today the products of this company are dominated by e-commerce platforms and retail outlets. It has become a well-known name in the dry fruit industry and has crossed Rs 500 crore in total revenue. However, making Happilo a brand saw many ups and downs and 20 times his company went into loss and felt that it should be closed now. But, Vikas did not lose courage and today his success is visible all over the country.
