Standing at 180 meters, the wheel will have 64 capsules, each carrying 20-25 people. With a capacity to accommodate over 1,400 riders simultaneously, it nearly doubles the London Eye’s capacity.

The wheel will be mounted on a 40-meter-high cultural complex, housing an exhibition space, performance hall, and various retail and food outlets.
