‘Boundary’ is a multiplayer tactical space-based shooter game that will be released for Windows PC and PlayStation 4 / PlayStation 5 in 2023. The game is developed by Studio Surgical Scalpels and published by Skystone Games and Huya Games. Boundary puts players in the role of heavily armed astronauts, called astroperators, who engage in zero-gravity firefights and operations on orbiting space installations.
The game features various modes, maps, weapons, and customization options for the astroperators. Boundary is currently in Early Access on Steam, where players can get instant access and provide feedback to the developers. Boundary is an innovative FPS that offers a unique and immersive experience of combat in space. Typically, tactical FPS games are very mechanically restricting, with games like CS:GO and Valorant being industry-leaders but offering very slow, fine-tune-focused gameplay. Boundary aims to redefine the genre with a mix of impressive visuals, fast action, and tactical gameplay.
