Insomnia Cookie has just unveiled its 2023 Valentine’s Day lineup and it’s full of delicious treats like the new Red Velvet Brookie.
Starting Tuesday, January 24, 2023, fans can sink their teeth into Insomnia Cookies’ new Valentine’s Day lineup. The seasonal cookie collection features returning fan favorites like the Red Velvet Classic cookie, as well as new items like the Red Velvet Brookie and the Vegan Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Classic. The former features a chocolate brownie base and a red velvet cookie top, all of which is layered with thick cream cheese icing. On the other hand, the Vegan Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Classic is a vegan-friendly red velvet cookie studded with sandwich cookie bits, and mini vanilla and chocolate chips.
