NASA selects New Glenn by Blue Origin to go on its first launch on a science mission that is taking place on Mars. Reuters did not that this is the company’s inaugural interplanetary contrast with Nasa and the mission is dubbed ‘Escape and Plasma Acceleration and Dynamics Explorers or ESCAPADE.’

It is designed to research and study the planet’s magnetosphere with the twin spacecraft as the vessel. In terms of launch, the team at NASA is looking at late 2024 with preparations that are leading up to it. Additionally, NASA has granted Blue Origin that contrast for the mission under the Venture-Class Acquisition of Dedicated and Rideshare program, otherwise known as VADR. It is made to nourish the development of commercial launch services in America.
