EIT Digital is back with its prestigious EIT Digital Champions 2025. In this 12th edition, it will select 50 of Europe’s best deep tech scaleups to participate as finalists. These finalists will have the chance to pitch their businesses in front of a panel of international venture capital investors and fundraising experts.
From this pool of finalists, the top performers will be named EIT Digital Champions gaining access to the 12-month EIT Digital Growth Services Program valued at €50,000 and marking the start of their journey toward successful fundraising and global growth.

The finalists of the EIT Digital Champions will have the chance to pitch their businesses during an online competition in January 2025, with a panel of international venture capital investors. The selected winners will receive:
- Free access to the 12-month EIT Digital Growth Services Programme, valued at €50,000. This program provides personalized support to help scaleups refine their pitches, connect with global investors, and raise their next round of funding.
- A VIP invitation to a prestigious European tech conference, where they will gain visibility, network with industry leaders, and attend an exclusive investor dinner event hosted by EIT Digital.
- Exposure to international markets and investors, helping scaleups secure the capital and partnerships they need to accelerate their growth.

Are You Eligible for the EIT Digital Champions Competition 2025?
Your company is eligible to apply if incorporated in any of the 27 European Union member states or countries associated with Horizon Europe. Moreover, scaleups must:
- Be incorporated after January 1, 2015
- Have a scalable product offering
- Show a minimum revenue of €500,000 in 2024 or have raised at least €2 million in total equity funding
- Be seeking to raise between €5 million and €30 million in their next round of funding
During the pitch competition, the evaluation criteria for each scaleup will be assessed based on several criteria, including:
- Innovativeness of the product or service
- Scalability of the business model
- Market potential
- Team expertise
- Investment readiness
Remember that your company must be in the growth stage and have a unique product offering built around advanced scientific or technological innovations.
