The Butter Buds Non-Dairy 32X is a new ingredient solution formulated with food and beverage formulators in mind to help them add in the signature flavor of butter in a dairy-free way.
The ingredient is formulated with a well-rounded butter flavor that offers a medium-strong salted middle notes and is thus suited for a range of different uses. The ingredient is made with a blend of sunflower oil and additional natural flavors that mimic the characteristics of dairy fat to deliver impressive flavor with a vegan-friendly formula.
National Sales Director Michael Ivey commented on Butter Buds Non-Dairy 32X saying, “This is an exciting flavor sensation that makes it possible for manufacturers to create satisfying and craveable non-dairy foods, without the risk of exposure to dairy allergens.
