Tjay was arrested along with four friends after officers locked loaded guns inside a Cadillac Escalade he had been riding in, according to TMZ.

During the time of the incident, Tjay was filming a music video alongside rapper Fivio Foreign. According to claims, police responded to a call that suggested people were waving guns outside of a Queens housing project.

The Shade Room reported that TJay was in a vehicle with four other individuals when cops pulled them over for switching lanes without signaling.

Their sources confirmed that officers smelled marijuana in the car, which resulted in a search and the discovery of four loaded handguns and a large amount of marijuana.

Back in June, New York musician, Lil Tjay was unfortunately shot several times, causing him to have emergency surgery, The Shade Room reported at the time.

The other members of his team were later identified as Jeffrey Valdez and Antoine Boyd. When authorities arrived at the scene, Tjay was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and Boyd suffered from a single gunshot wound.
