The governments of the United States, United Kingdom, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden have issued a unified condemnation of escalating threats posed by Iranian intelligence services across Europe and North America.

Coordinated Response to Transnational Threats

In a joint media note, the 14 nations expressed grave concern over Iran’s alleged involvement in targeted operations aimed at journalists, dissidents, Jewish communities, and current and former officials residing in their territories. These activities reportedly include attempted assassinations, kidnappings, and harassment campaigns, often conducted in collaboration with international criminal networks.

The signatories emphasized that such actions constitute clear violations of national sovereignty and international norms. They reaffirmed their collective commitment to countering these threats and preventing further incidents through coordinated security and diplomatic measures.

Call for Immediate Cessation

The statement calls on Iranian authorities to immediately cease all illicit activities targeting individuals abroad and to respect the territorial integrity and legal frameworks of the affected nations.
