Singer Kehlani was allegedly sexually assaulted after a UK performance earlier this week. According to HipHopDX, the Oakland native performed at a show in Manchester, England on Monday night.

The “Nights Like This” singer was wrapping up the European leg of her Blue Water Road Trip Tour, as reported by the outlet. The singer alleges that she was inappropriately touched while being escorted through a crowd after her concert. The performance allegedly took place at the O2 Victoria Warehouse.

Kehlani Speaks Out

According to HipHopDX, the singer shared the incident with fans via a now-deleted Instagram Story.

i’ve made video after video after video and deleted it because i don’t want any video of me as angry, triggered, crying upset as i am anywhere. i don’t care how sexual you deem my music, my performances, my fun with my friends dancing at clubs, or ME…. that does not give any of you the right to cross a boundary like sticking your hands up my skirt & pulling my underwear to TOUCH MY GENITALS as i am being escorted through a crowd after performing. this shit made me sick to my stomach. as a victim of sexual assault, i am endlessly triggered and mindblown..

Fans Share Their Reactions And Concern

After Kehlani shared the alarming news, fans took to social media to share their reactions. And voice their concern for the singer.

According to HipHopDX, the outlet has reached out to her team for further comment.

As The Shade Room has previously reported, Kehlani has been vocal and active in using her platform to speak against sexual abuse. Earlier this year, the singer condemned her ex-boyfriend Superfly actor Kaalan “KR” Walker, after he was sentenced to 50 years in prison for raping multiple women.

The “Distraction” singer also took the time to call out “bloggers” who allegedly “played neutral.”
