The products include the GoodWheat QuikCakes and the GoodWheat Pancake & Waffle Mixes, which are each crafted with a blend of simple ingredients. This includes the proprietary wheat grain from Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. which is reported to be naturally higher in fiber and protein than conventional wheat. The QuikCakes come in Buttermilk, Confetti and Chocolate Chocolate Chip flavors, while the Pancake & Waffle Mixes come in Buttermilk, Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate Chocolate Chip flavors.
