Kiko Kostadinov reunites with ASICS for the ‘GEL-QUANTUM ZIENTZIA,’ an innovative footwear silhouette inspired by the Institute of Sport Science (ISS). Using the ‘ASICS Blue’ color scheme, the new shoe delivers a retro-futuristic aesthetic through its design, delving deeper into the brand’s study of materials and dimensions. The sneaker boasts a two-part scutoid GEL technology sole, reinforced heel, and a color palette called ‘Dark Grey/Blue.’
The new ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov campaign was documented at the ISS building in Kobe, Japan, with the sneakers worn by team members such as developers, designers, and researchers. The institute’s unique focus on “human-centric science” translates into this new design.
On February 28, the ‘GEL-QUANTUMTM ZIENTZIA’ by Kiko Kostadino was put up for sale on the company’s website.
