Diversity Woman Media, which seeks to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, operates publications, workshops and conferences to further the goal of empowering all women. These values are also part of eBay’s DNA, so we’re very proud to share that Ishita Majumdar, eBay’s VP of Data Analytics Platforms, has been recognized in this year’s Diversity Woman Media’s Power 100 list.
The Power 100 list highlights, according to Diversity Woman Media, women “who not only have visionary ideas for their organizations but also want to make them more multiracial, gender diverse, and equitable.” Ishita represents that ethos to its fullest.
“In 2022, eBay achieved gender pay equity,” said Ishita. “We have also made strides for increasing representation of women and underrepresented minorities in leadership and across the company as a whole—important progress to ensuring the eBay community is a richly diverse, truly equitable place for everyone.”
