Entertainment

During a recent call with YouTuber iShowSpeed, Drake humorously cut the conversation short after his “sexy” voice was brought into the conversation!

The Interaction Started With A Chill Chat About Soccer

iShowSpeed uploaded a video of the on-air interaction on Wednesday, and it opens with him getting hype after he manages to get Drake on a livestream.

After the YouTuber expressed his unbridled excitement, Drake proceeded to say that he’s “proud” of him. In turn, the content creator gushed about how big a fan he is.

“D*mn—this is crazy, bruh! You gotta understand, for me, this is crazy, bruh. Drake, I’m a huge fan of you, bro.”

iShowSpeed then put his journalism hat on and proceeded to ask Drake for his opinion on some sports-related matters.

Specifically, he inquired about whether Drake was a bigger fan of Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.

Drake responded by noting that, while the question’s definitely “a sticky one,” he’d have to take Ronaldo. However, he foresaw that his answer was “not gonna go over well.”

“Oh man, that’s a sticky one. Probably for me, probably Ronaldo, to be honest. I know that’s probably not gonna go over well.”

Upon being asked to elaborate, the “Rich Flex” rapper said, “I know it’s Messi’s moment right now, but for me, I’ve always just been a Ronaldo fan.” He also showed that he’s a true fan of the YouTuber, as he remarked, “I’m like you.”

Drake Jumped Ship Once The Antics Began: ‘He’s Not Gonna Answer The Phone Again’

After their brief chat about sports, Drake sought to shower iShowSpeed in some love once again.

“I got a lot of love for you, man. Like I said, I’m proud of you. You’re doing your thing, man. I was talking about you the other day in the car… I’m proud of you, for real.”

The YouTuber then responded by unexpectedly fawning over Drake’s “sexy” and “smooth” voice.

“Bro, your voice is so sexy. Like, how is it so smooth like that? How your voice so smooth like that?”

In turn, Drake laughs before swiftly hanging up, which humorously prompted iShowSpeed to thrash in frustration. He also clarified that he “said it wrong” and “meant to say his voice is smooth.”

“He’s not gonna answer the phone again, bro. I didn’t mean—I said it wrong, bruh. I meant to say his voice is smooth, but I said it wrong. On God, I said it bad.”
