Zamora Company launched Cocktail 43 Coco Milk as a coconut milk-based version of its Cocktail 43 Milk to entice and attract vegan consumers. This dairy-free version of the cocktail puts a plant-based spin on the brand’s most popular serve in Germany and it recognizes that “coconut milk options are hugely popular and that the vegan trend is strong,” according to Oliver Svatek, global brand director.
This canned drink boasts a light and creamy texture that melds the freshness of coconut with the sweet citrus and botanical notes of Licor 43. This ready-to-drink cocktail is said to be best served chilled, straight from the can.
Plant-powered cocktails are being created to tap into wellness, ethics and moderation, especially as consumers become more interested in inventive flavors and alternative experiences.
