If you’re a fan of Trader Joe’s signature Joe-Joe’s Sandwich Cookies, you’ll be thrilled to hear about the recent launch of Cinnamon Bun Inspired Joe-Joe’s Sandwich Creme Cookies.
The new Cinnamon Bun Inspired Joe-Joe’s Sandwich Creme Cookies come in the same format as the brand’s classic Joe-Joe’s: two cookies with a layer of sweet crème in the middle. The newest version swaps the chocolate cookies for a pair of biscuits made from a combination of wheat flour and graham flour. The cookies are then dusted with sweet cinnamon sugar and sandwiched together with a layer of vanilla crème filling in the middle. The result is a crunchy, cookie that “evokes the familiar flavors of a warm, perfectly frosted cinnamon bun” in every bite.
