Chris Baker, director of brewing operations at Mother Earth, noted that this imperial stout marks a slight departure from the brewery’s regular approach of crafting classic beers to a high quality with slight additions. ‘With Winter ’22 we took the opposite approach and really set out to capture the essence of s’more flavors to serve as the cornerstone of the recipe,’ Baker said.
