If you want to enjoy the delicious taste of Cowboy Chicken’s signature chicken tenders, but also get your daily dose of veggies, the brand’s new Southern Fried Salad is the perfect option.
This summer, Cowboy Chicken is “going green” with the launch of three seasonal salads. First up is the returning Strawberry Pecan Salad, which features rotisserie chicken, crunchy candied pecans, savory bacon crumbles, creamy goat cheese, and a strawberry-poppyseed dressing. Next up is the Kickin’ Cobb Salad, which takes a traditional Cobb salad and turns up the heat with some sliced jalapeños. Lastly, there’s the standout Southern Fried Salad, which takes a bed of leafy greens and tops it with Cowboy Chicken’s hand-breaded and seasoned chicken tenders, avocado, corn, tomatoes, red onions, Monterrey Jack cheese, crunchy cheese crisps, and a honey mustard dressing.
