Ruby Brownless is as happy as can be since getting engaged to her long-term boyfriend Josh Wallis last month, and has already started planning their wedding.
Josh proposed to Ruby, who is the daughter of AFL great Billy Brownless, over Christmas and the couple is now working out the details of their big day.
‘We had a celebration with family and friends and we’re working out if it’s a destination wedding,’ she told the Herald Sun on Tuesday.

She added: ‘It’s a bit of a love bubble. We’re making the most of it and being engaged. It’s such a fun time.’
The pair spent Christmas together at Queensland’s scenic Hayman Island, and Ruby later shared a gallery of loved-up holiday snaps to Instagram.
‘This past week has been an actual dream,’ she wrote next to the photos.

Ruby and Josh are both from football families: Josh is the brother of former Western Bulldogs star Mitch Wallis, and their father is former Bulldogs star Stephen Wallis.
Upon their engagement, the happy couple was immediately inundated with congratulations from their friends and family.

Ruby and Josh have been together since 2019.

It comes after father Billy debuted his own relationship with a woman named Justine at TAB Champions Stakes Day race day last month.
‘It’s really new and a nice little friendship. We’re going all right and taking it slowly,’ he told the Herald Sun in August.
It was a huge moment for Brownless, who has battled through his separation from wife Nicky in 2016 after 18 years of marriage.
That split was forced when Nicky sensationally began dating Brownless’ best mate, fellow AFL legend and Footy Show host Garry Lyon.
