- May 21, 2025: Visits and charity to orphanages in and around Ilesa starting at 10 a.m., followed by a video documentary and workshop by Ijesa Mineral Resources Development Forum (IMRDF) at the University of Ilesa in the afternoon.
- May 22, 2025: Ajimoko III Coronation Golf Kitty at 8 a.m., symposium, and Ajimoko III Foundation’s scholarship and empowerment scheme at Royal Park International Hotel & Resort, Iloko-Ijesa at 11 a.m.
- May 23, 2025: Grand coronation ceremony at the Owa’s Palace at 10 a.m., followed by a coronation reception at Ilesa Grammar School at 1 p.m.
- May 25, 2025: Interdenominational thanksgiving service at the Methodist Church, Otapete, Ilesa at 10 a.m.

Controversy and Legal Disputes
The selection of Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup has sparked controversy among some royal families in Ijesaland. These are understandable and often the case in Nigeria and other jurisdiction when a former king passes and a new one is to be choosen, and in almost all instances bar a few, there has been objections and oppositions by other contenders.
