The What’s the Scoop? Gender Reveal Cake, the Oreo Cookie Oh Baby! Ice Cream Cake, and the Heart Scoops Gender Reveal Cake all feature a layer of either pink (for a girl) or blue (for a boy) frosting that is revealed when sliced into. Both the What’s the Scoop?
