Boxing Day Test: After winning the first match of the three-match Test series against South Africa, Australia has reached a strong position in the second match as well. Proteas team’s first innings was reduced to 189 runs
In this Test, Australia won the toss and decided to bowl first. Thanks to Cameron Green’s 5 wickets, the Australia team bundled out the Proteas’ first innings for just 189 runs. Only Kyle Verney and Marco Yansin played half-century innings from the Proteas team. After this, on the second day, thanks to David Warner’s excellent double century, Australia came to the driving seat.
