Derrick Henry‘s time in Tennessee may soon come to an end.
With the Titans possibly headed for a full-on rebuild, the latest rumors have the 2020 Offensive Player of the Year available in trade talks. Henry only has one year remaining on his current deal, so a move would not come as much of a surprise. Whether or not it would be wise for another team to give up draft capital for the 29-year-old workhorse is another story. Henry missed nine games in 2021 with a foot injury. He bounced back to his old form in 2022, but there are a lot of miles on those tires — and any team acquiring Henry would have to shape a fair amount of its offense around the run game, not something many franchises are willing to do in 2023. However, it’s hard for a one-year deal to cause too much damage, and Henry is still a beast. Now, it’s just a matter of if anyone will meet Tennessee’s price. Stay tuned.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. Henry is one of eight players to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a season, with his 2,027 yards in 2020 currently sitting at fifth all time. So with that in mind, how many of the players who rushed for the most yards in an NFL season can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
