The latest feature that has been incorporated into the web image generator platform Playground AI allows users to instantly edit photos without having to navigate through the various imaging tools. It functions similarly to software including DALL-E and Midjourney.
To work with the platform, users upload a photo and apply text instructions of the edits that they want to apply including “add a mustache” or “add a hat.” The editor is then able to make multiple retouches at once and can mask or remove objects in the photo. The platform allows for parameters to alter the level of detail or the “instruction strength” of the image that is to be revised. The more values that are implemented will require more time for the AI work to apply them.
