The warning is set to come into effect from 6pm tomorrow Monday evening until 10am Tuesday.
Icy stretches are likely and road users are urged to take care as hazardous travelling conditions are expected, especially on untreated roads and footpaths.
Some patches of freezing fog are also possible.
