- Sheetz has promoted Stephanie Doliveira from vice president of human resources to executive vice president of people and culture, according to an emailed press release on Tuesday.
- Doliveira has been with Sheetz for nearly 22 years, starting out as the manager of human resources for CLI Transportation, a subsidiary of the company, in March 2001, according to her LinkedIn profile.
- As EVP of People and Culture, Doliveira is in charge of planning and implementing employee-related initiatives across the company’s 24,000-person workforce, including “succession planning, talent management, benefits and compensation, employee relations and more.”

In her previous position, Doliveira spearheaded major investments in leadership development and employee benefits and recognition. She was also heavily involved in supporting the workforce through the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Before becoming VP of human resources, she served as a manager of employee communications and co-leader of the brand department during her tenure with the company.
