Family-owned Tampa brewery Hidden Springs Ale Works has teamed up with the Cru Hospitality Group in order to create a delicious rose-inspired beer to mark the opening of Cru Hospitality Group’s new restaurant Small Giant.
‘Blush & Bashful’ is a sour beer that comes in at 5.5 percent ABV. The standout feature of this particular brew is the fact that it happens to be infused with juice from genuine Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. While Hidden Springs Ale Works is renowned for its sweeter and fruitier sour offerings, ‘Blush & Bashful’ takes a different route by taking on a drier character. This unique flavor profile also means that this beer is more than capable of appealing to beer lovers and wine aficionados alike, by combining the best traits of both liquids.
This particular sour beer can be purchased in 16-ounce cans at a number of locations.
