Reduced sugar products continue to be part of a wider shift towards healthier indulgences, which is seeing brands all varieties get involved with products like these Rowntree’s gummies.
The products are arriving in the UK and are all non-HFSS to make them a healthier option for shoppers to pick up when looking to enjoy a candy treat. The products include the Berry Hearts, Safari Mix, Gummy Bears and Jelly Snakes, which are each being launched in 115-gram packs priced at £1.35 each.
Brand Manager Hannah Boyle spoke on the new non-HFSS Rowntree’s gummies saying, “Like all of Rowntree’s products, the new Rowntree’s range has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. We’ve gone one step further with the new range, offering shoppers a yummy, more permissible treat with 30% less sugar that is also non-HFSS compliant.”
