Island Poké recently refreshed its menu with seasonal ingredients for spring 2023. This refresh involved working with a development chef to tweak existing recipes for flavor and quality, and also introduce new dishes like the California Salmon bowl. The new poké bowl starts with sashimi-grade salmon, paired with sesame cucumber, burnt sweetcorn salsa, edamame, pickled ginger, smashed avocado, and fresh chillis. As Founder James Gould-Porter explains, ” Menu innovation has always been at the heart of everything that makes Island Poké special…. I’m particularly excited for everyone to try our California Bowl – bringing the salmon and avocado together was a no-brainer.”
