Spaghetti squash is best known for its stringy insides, which resemble long, thin pasta noodles when cooked. However, roasting a spaghetti squash can take quite a bit of time, so Trader Joe’s is here to help you skip a step. Trader Joe’s new Organic Spaghetti Squash Nests consist of “100% Organic Spaghetti Squash has been pre-cooked and spaghetti-fied, then carefully dried in handfuls resembling “nests” that can be easily heated by boiling in a pot of water,” the brand explains. After boiling, simply drain the pre-portioned ‘nests; and serve with your choice of sauce or seasoning.
