Dialogue as a Keystone for Security

A Pan‑European Gathering
The Copenhagen summit brought together Heads of State and Government from across the European region, reaffirming the EPC’s role as a forum for strategic dialogue and co‑ordination beyond the structures of the European Union. Discussions focused on reinforcing stability, prosperity, and collective security in a rapidly evolving international environment.
Broader Significance
The OSCE Secretary General’s intervention highlighted the organization’s long‑standing mission to foster trust, transparency, and co‑operation across Europe.
