Available from Chopt’s two Birmingham area restaurants from January 24 to February 7, the new Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Salad pairs Chopt’s fresh ingredients with Moore’s beloved hickory-flavored marinades and sauces. The new salad features Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce drizzled over a crisp romaine and kale salad blend, all paired with crispy panko fried chicken, crunchy carrots, celery, pickled red onions, blue cheese crumbles, and buttermilk ranch dressing. As Garland Reich, Marketing Director of Moore’s Marinades & Sauces, explains, “Our sauces are best known for wings and we are thrilled to work with Chopt on a limited-time menu offering because it gives us the opportunity to showcase other ways to use our products.”
