EASA is pleased to announce the launch of the EASA Service Portal, marking the first release of a long-term initiative to modernise and streamline interactions with external stakeholders.
The new EASA Service Portal offers key benefits, including a guided application process that ensures requests are complete and accurate by linking each user to their organisation and its approval data. This reduces delays, minimises errors, and enables organisations to monitor the status of their applications with greater transparency and improved communication.
The portal supports applications for selected changes to Organisation Approvals, including document submissions and scope-of-approval modifications for Maintanance Organisation Approvals (MOA) and Maintenance Training Organisation Approvals (MTOA) organisations. It also supports applications related to the implementation of Part-IS (Information Security), as introduced by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203. A future integration with the portal currently used for product certification applications is planned, and additional application types will be introduced in future releases.
Instructions and training materials for the new EASA Service Portal are available on EASA Service Portal.
