Horizon Chase 2 is a new arcade racing game from Aquiris, the developer of the award-winning Horizon Chase – World Tour. The game is a sequel to the original title, which was inspired by classic 90s racing games such as Out Run and Top Gear. Horizon Chase 2 was first released for Apple Arcade on September 6, 2022, and will be available for PC and all major consoles, including Nintendo Switch, in 2023.
The game features a fast-paced and accessible gameplay that requires sharp racing skills and quick reflexes. Players can race around the world in different game modes, such as World Tour, Playground, and Online Multiplayer. The game also offers a Garage Shop where players can customize their cars with various cosmetic items and upgrades. The game has a unique art style that showcases vibrant colors and immersive 3D environments, as well as an original soundtrack composed by Barry Leitch, the legendary composer of Lotus Turbo Challenge, Top Gear, and Rush. Horizon Chase 2 is priced at $19.99 USD for Nintendo Switch, and is included with the Apple Arcade subscription for iOS devices.
