CQP and Golden Bear have released a new Melton wool varsity jacket that combines both brands’ signature aesthetics. The varsity jacket is made of Melton wool, one of the toughest and warmest wool materials consisting of thick wool fibers with wind-resistant, weatherproof to some degree, and typically used in woolen outerwear or heavy blankets.
The varsity jacket has three different colorways for consumers to choose from: black, dark green, and cream. The varsity jacket also contains two different styles of Hayes and Portola. Both styles come with tonal satin lining, internal chest pockets, inner leather pockets, and welt front pockets with woven neck labels that show both brands’ logos. The Hayes style is in black and cream colorways, while the Portola style is in plain dark green. The Golden Bear x CQP varsity jacket is available for purchase.
