Starting Thursday, June 1st, fans will be able to sink their teeth into a savory and spicy new Korean BBQ Sausage. The new sauce is flavored with a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, white rice, sesame seeds, napa cabbage kimchi, and scallions. When grilled, the caramelized sugars bring out flavors to deliver a taste that is reminiscent of Korean BBQ. As Dog Haus’ Würstmacher Adam Gertler explains, “This month’s sausage flavors are like being in a Korean BBQ restaurant, ordering marinated beef, cooking it on the grill with a nice char and enjoying it with rice and kimchi. Haused in our famous grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.”
The new Korean BBQ Sausage can be enjoyed “Your Way” on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, the “Corn Dog Way,” the “Breakfast Way,” or the “Sliced Way.”
