Kate Ferdinand thanked her Instagram followers on Thursday for their ‘advice and support’ after she revealed earlier this week she is unwell after contracting shingles.
The reality star, 31, showed a homemade ‘get well soon mummy’ card from her son Cree and a bunch of colourful roses as she updated her fans.
She admitted earlier this week that she was ‘feeling really rubbish & sore & emotional’ after getting the diagnosis as she rested in bed.

Kate seemed to have been trying everything to boost her immune system as she hoped a large glasses of ‘celery juice will work miracles’.
She penned: ‘Thanks for all your messages of advice and support, pretty much been asleep most of the time since then.
‘Hoping the celery juice is gonna work miracles.’

It comes after she contracted shingles – an infection that causes a painful rash and one of her children had a ‘serious accident’ as she detailed her ‘stressful’ weekend on Monday.
Kate is stepmother to husband Rio’s children Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 11, and welcomed son Cree with the footballer in December 2020.
She assured her followers that the child – who she did not name – is ‘ok’ but noted ‘it could have been so much worse.’
