Joe Budden has once again stepped into the chat, and this time he’s shading none other than Megan Thee Stallion.
Joe Budden Is NOT A Member Of The Hotties
His comments came during the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, which premiered on Sunday.
While discussing the ongoing Tory Lanez assault trial, Joe took a moment to speak on why exactly he isn’t here for Megan Thee Stallion. Specifically, he explained that he’s not a fan of how she treats certain people in the rap game.
“I stand in my dislike…Personally, I’ve seen this woman do horrible things to some really great people that I have longstanding relationships with in this industry, so I’m biased. You can’t just treat my friends and people I f**k with and people I’ve seen in this game for 15 years a certain way.”
Budden went on to clarify that, while Megan “could be amazing” as a person, he’s only speaking on her business decisions.
“I’m talking about her and what she’s chosen to do professionally. I wanna be clear, I don’t know her as a person. She could be amazing. But there’s a lot to deal with when you sign, and a lot happens fast.”
So, it looks like it’s a safe bet that Joe won’t be bumping Megan anytime soon, unless he’s one of the “secret Hotties” who the rapper shouted out on “Tuned In Freestyle.”
His Comments Come On The Heels Of Megan & Tory’s Trial Kicking Off
As mentioned, Budden’s comments come as the 2020 case between Megan and Tory Lanez takes center stage in court. The trial kicked off last week, and headlines centering on subjects from Megan’s revelations to Kelsey Harris’ testimony have been making headlines.
Joe Budden May Have His Own Legal Matter To Handle
While Joe’s busy speaking his mind on Megan, we should add that he could have bigger fish to fry on account of a recent legal development.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Joe Budden was one of the many hip hop figures who were included on the potential witness list for XXXTentacion’s murder trial. On top of Budden, celebs like Drake, 6ix9ine, Offset, Quavo, and 600 Breezy were named as well, though it’s unclear if any of them will actually be called to testify.
What are your thoughts on Joe Budden’s proclamation about not being fond of Megan Thee Stallion?
