The new Boia De Bowl takes its name from Boia De restaurant, which is where chefs Giangrandi and Meyer head up the kitchen. The dish is a savory, Italian-inspired salad that starts with a base of arugula and shredded kale drizzled with Boia De’s light and refreshing take on a Puttanesca dressing. The greens are then paired with creamy strands of Stracciatella, roasted tomatoes, briny olives, lemony asparagus, za’atar bread crumbs, and blackened chicken. As sweetgreen’s Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer, Nicolas Jammet, explains, “Sweetgreen and Boia De connect over a shared food ethos… We’re excited for our guests to experience this craveable bowl created by two of our favorite chefs in the country.”
