The Krispy Kreme Ponce shop is getting replaced following the previous location being destroyed on February 10, 2021 to help restore the region to its former glory. The new location was announced with the brand’s partner Shaquille O’Neal and will be located on the historic Ponce de Leon location in Atlanta. The 4,000-square-foot shop will open this summer and will serve all of the brand’s classic offerings alongside some limited-time treats that patrons can pick up, snack on inside or get via the drive-thru.
Global Chief Brand Officer Dave Skena spoke on the new Krispy Kreme Ponce shop saying, “The community has shown us so much support and patience as we designed the new shop. We can’t wait to be back with our guests, sharing joy and serving delicious, fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts.”
