The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office cannot provide documents confirming a person’s criminal record in the UK, for example, good conduct or police clearance certificates.

If you’re asked by local authorities to provide proof of this, download the relevant letter for free. You can get a signed and stamped version of a letter, which costs £50.
