With the launch of its latest product, Rich Products is aiming to cater to the growing demand for personal-sized entrees and the popularity of gluten-free offerings. The new Gluten Free Parbaked Detroit Style Pizza Crust satisfies both of these trends with a 9-by-7-inch premium, personal-sized pizza crust that’s on the thicker side just like classic Detroit-style pizza. The crust has been parbaked, which gives convenience store operators the flexibility to bake up personal pizzas with minimal skill or equipment. Each personal-sized crust clocks in at nine ounces and there are 20 per case.
